ISO standards are regularly reviewed to ensure organizations like RMA are on par with the current international standards of the global marketplace. Striving to keep abreast with the best IT practices that can evolve due to emerging technology and system capabilities, RMA has subjected itself to a third-party expert's evaluation in order to validate if the Company is consistent in following their service management system; a stringent process which involves extensive time, effort, resources, and dedication.
